Encompassing nearly 300 acres, The Boardwalk was a Planned Unit Development that sought to provide a mixture of retail, entertainment, recreational, dining, office, and residential uses in one large development.
Katheryn’s Place, Fayetteville, AR
A luxurious assisted living community, this complex sought to provide its resicents a lush, vibrant experience outdoors, and a bright and visually aesthetic public space around the perimeter. The large central garden offered residents an opportunity to engage with the plantings, seating spaces, and water features.
Ardmore Hotel, Ardmore, OK
Landscape Plans for the Ardmore Hotel, Ardmore, Oklahoma. The plan program required screening plantings for a large parking lot, entry feature plantings, and outdoor recreation space.
Lee Town Crossing, Pea Ridge, AR
Lee Town Crossingwas themed after an old town center, complete with depot, and features recalling a early 20th Century commercial park.
