Rick Shelton, PLA

As an experienced project manager, having managed multiple development and landscape design project installations, I have participated many project and personnel management opportunities across a broad range of project types. My experience includes municipal entitlement acquisition, construction management, government approval presentations, and has often centered around the creation of artistic representation of project concepts. My career in the U.S. Navy (Retired) as a professional instructor and maintenance manager also provides me with a unique set of skills and experiences in personnel management and public outreach.

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

• Landscape Architect (PLA) and REALTOR®, website development, marketing material and artwork ceration, and building community relationships
